Mr. Feltman has been Chairman and CEO of Brookhaven Capital Corporation since 1996. Mr. Feltman has been an active investor, financier, and entrepreneur in medical devices since 1996 has been responsible for raising more than $100 million in capital for four medical device companies (Brookhaven, FutureMatrix, CeloNova Biosciences, and Ascendx Spine). Mr. Feltman founded and served as Chairman and CEO of the predecessor to CeloNova in 2000 until selling a controlling interest in late 2003. FULL BIO

As founder and Chairman of Ascendx Spine, he led an IPO on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2007 and later served as CEO after taking Ascendx private again. Mr. Feltman has also been an advisor to many early stage medical device companies. Mr. Feltman began his career in 1982 at J.C. Bradford & Co., where he was a First Vice-President. He later held senior positions in Atlanta at Interstate/Johnson Lane, Bear Stearns, and was a Managing Director of investment banking in New York with Commonwealth Associates. Mr. Feltman served as a director of FutureMatrix since early 2000 until the merger with the Company. Mr. Feltman was educated at the University of Georgia.
Mr. Jones has 20 years of experience and a diverse background in business development, M&A, strategy, product development, and manufacturing. He has spent the last 15+ years focused in the medical device industry, holding leadership positions in business development and R&D.  FULL BIO

He has led strategic initiatives in multiple clinical segments, including gynecology, urology, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, orthopedic, vascular and portable medical markets. During his career Mr. Jones has held positions in large publicly traded multinational corporations and entrepreneurial startup organizations. Mr. Jones founded MedaStrat, LLC., a boutique M&A consulting practice focused in the medical device arena. Prior to MedaStrat, he was the Executive Director of Business Development for Greatbatch, Inc. (NYSE: GB) where he had responsibility for the portable medical and vascular business development portfolios. From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Jones held several leadership positions with C.R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR). He was Director, Corporate Business Development where he facilitated the corporate business development transaction process. Prior to joining the corporate business development team, he was the Director of Business Development for Bard Urological where he was responsible for all M&A activity for the division. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Jones developed and led the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering function for Bard Urological. Mr. Jones holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Syracuse University.

Mr. Morin has over 16 years of experience as a finance and operational executive with global manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Brookhaven Medical, Inc., Mr. Morin was the Global Controller of EndoChoice Holdings (NYSE:GI) and helped take the company public in June 2015. FULL BIO

During his tenure at EndoChoice, Mr. Morin oversaw all aspects of the finance, accounting, treasury and tax functions and helped the Company raise over $200 million in debt and equity financing, including over $100 million in its IPO. His previous positions included Director of Finance at EndoChoice and Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Case-Mate, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Morin worked in public accounting with KPMG. He has an MBA from Emory University, a masters of accounting degree from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s of accounting degree from St. Michaels’ College. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.  

Mr. Altenbach serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company. Previously, Mr. Altenbach served as President, General Counsel, and a member of the Board of Directors of Senior Care Group, a non-profit corporation that owns and operates skilled nursing homes and assisted living care facilities in five states. Mr. Altenbach has more than 40 years of experience in the practice of law and was a principal shareholder and later Of Counsel to the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.  He holds a BS in Business and a JD from the University of Tennessee.  Mr. Altenbach is an active member of State Bar of Georgia and the Tennessee Bar Association.
Mr. Johnson has over twenty years of experience in technology transfer and commercialization. He headed up two successful technology start-up companies and acquired his technology maturation experience by rising through the ranks at Scott Paper Co. and Dow Chemical where he was Vice President of New Product Development for one of Dow’s divisions. From 1990 1999 he was CEO of Creative Technologies, Inc. which provided technology scouting and maturation consulting to Fortune 500 companies.      FULL BIO

From 1999-2007, Mr. Johnson was Director of Technology Management and Intellectual Property for Concurrent Technologies Corporation, working in medical device and healthcare technologies with a wide range of organizations such as Kimberly Clark Healthcare, the Harvard-MIT-Draper Lab Medical Simulation Group, and Veridian. Mr. Johnson became CEO of CreatiVasc Medical, Inc. at its founding in April 2007. Mr. Johnson has received numerous awards, including the US Department of Commerce Private Sector Initiative Award which was presented to him by President Reagan, the Marine Corps Commandant’s Award for Innovation, and in 2012 the InnoVision Dr. Charles H. Townes Individual Achievement Award. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Furman University.

Ms. Powers is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Brookhaven Medical. She has fifteen years experience in cardiology and urology medical devices including R&D. She has management experience including RA responsibilities related to compliance and submissions.  FULL BIO

Her RA submission experience includes 510(k), IDE, PMA, HUD, EU Technical Files and Design Dossiers. She previously has managed an International RA team which included Canadian licensing, TGA documentation, Japan, China, Russia, Latin America and other country submissions. She is RAC US, RAC Europe, and RAC Global certified and has worked for C.R. Bard, CardioMEMS and Novoste. Ms. Powers also does consulting for universities, inventors and start-ups. She holds a BE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, a MS in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from Georgia Tech.

Mr. Snider is the Vice President of Sales and has more than thirty years of experience in sales, sales training, and sales management on a national level. He was previously employed by Pfizer Inc. in various roles in sales, training and sales management. FULL BIO

Mr. Snider has experience with FDA approval, initial product launch, and reimbursement coding approval and was associated with an eventual sale of product to a larger entity. He has experience as an Executive Vice President of Sales for an innovative medical device company. Mr. Snider holds a BS from the Quincy University.
