JOHN D. FELTMAN:

Mr. Feltman is the Chairman and CEO of Brookhaven Medical.
STEPHEN J. WARNER
Mr. Warner is former Chairman of Crossbow Ventures, a venture capital firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch from 1970-1990 and founder/CEO of Merrill Lynch Venture Capital from 1980-1990. Mr. Warner is a board member of Dyadic and formerly a board member at FutureMatrix Interventional, Inc. and Ascendx Spine. Mr. Warner has a B.S. from MIT and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance.
JOHN M. RAMEY
Mr. Ramey is Managing CEO of Private Equity Capital Corporation (www.pecc.com). Before founding PECC Mr. Ramey served as a partner with Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney and Company (HKW) from 1986-1997. HKW is a private equity firm that was founded in 1903. During his 11-year association with HKW they acquired seven companies and made several add-on acquisitions for these companies. Mr. Ramey served on the boards of many of these acquisitions. Prior to HKW Mr. Ramey was employed by IBM. Mr. Ramey holds a B.A. and MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a J.D. from the William Mitchell School of Law.
ALLEN B. BOSWELL
Mr. Boswell was a co-founder of FutureMatrix and has served as General Counsel and a member of the FutureMatrix board since inception. A native of Athens, Texas, Mr. Boswell was engaged in the private practice of law and held the elected office of County Attorney of Henderson County, Texas from 1981 to 1986. Mr. Boswell is a graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington and holds a JD from the South Texas College of Law. He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and was named to the Board of Directors in March of 2015.

Mr. Hawkins is a former Chairman & CEO of Medtronic (NYSE:MDT), Immucor, and Novoste and served as President of the Ethicon Endo-Surgery organization of Johnson & Johnson. Earlier positions included President, Devices for Vascular Intervention and President US operations for Guidant, and several increasingly responsible executive positions culminating in the presidency of the IVAC organization for Eli Lilly. Mr. Hawkins served as a Senior Advisor to TPG until July, 2015. He is currently a Trustee of Duke University and a member of the board of the Duke University Health System and was formerly a Trustee of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Mr. Hawkins is a member of the board of directors of Halyard Health (NYSE:HYH) and is Chairman of the board of Keranetics. He is a graduate of Duke University
(B.S.E.E., Biomedical Engineering) and received an MBA from the University of Virginia –Darden Graduate School of Business.
